Operation

Know how we work

First contact.

The first thing, as in any work relationship, will be to get to know each other via e-mail, telephone or in person; as you feel more comfortable. Once you know all our services and decide to hire us, we will fill out all the paperwork (contracts, budgets, payments and signs...), you will choose the photo booth, the props, the print design, the pack that best suits you and to finish we will customize everything necessary to continue with the aesthetics of the event.

The day of the event!

For proper operation, our team will travel to the location of the event, arriving at the site between 40 and 45 minutes before the service begins. During this time we will assemble everything necessary so that everything is ready at the agreed time. In the event that the event is delayed, our company policy will provide you with an extra 30 minutes of courtesy before starting to count the contracted time.

Before we go...

Once the contracted time is over, you will have the option to contract an extra hour. We will inform you if we believe it is necessary or not, although the last decision will always be yours.

designs

You can choose between two printing formats, the photo booth style or "bookmark" (5 x 15 cm) where the guests will take three photographs and they will be printed one below the other, or the polaroid style (10 x 15 cm) where the guests will only take a single photograph.
The Niépce pack can be extended to unlimited copies for an extra €25.
Both the photographic strips and the album cover are fully customizable!
In the event that you have a design with your names, your initials... You send it to us and we adapt it to the chosen design. In order to adapt the design as best as possible, you will have to send us the document in vector format ".ai or .eps", or if it is an image in ".png or .jpg" and with the highest possible resolution.

  • At what time of my wedding is it best to put the photo booth?

    We propose two moments, neither of which is better than the other, but some things do vary.

  • How many hours of photo booth do I have to hire?

    In the event that the event, whatever it is (wedding, anniversary, festival...) has a capacity of between 10 and 70 people, with only 1 hour there is time for everyone to take photos and even repeat. In the event that the event has between 70 and 180 people, 2 hours would be appropriate and in the event that there are more than 180 people, we recommend taking a third hour. In events where there are more than 300 guests, we recommend hiring more than one photo booth.

  • What do I have to do to reserve?

    In order for the reservation to be formalized, it is necessary to make a deposit.

  • What is the difference between the three photo booths ?

    The three photo booths are exactly the same when we refer to it computer and electronically; the only difference is the external aesthetics.

  • How are the photo booth professionals going to be dressed?

    All our professionals will follow the aesthetics of the photo booth by wearing clothing that recalls the vintage style.
